Case Study. Crestone Homes.
Home Builder Branding
Creative & Design / Brand Strategy
Client Goal.
Crestone Homes is a family-owned home building company in Southwestern Ontario, developing homes, townhomes, condos, and restoring units since 2017. Crestone needed a revitalized brand strategy and visual identity that reflected the quality of its work while giving homebuyers a more modern appeal.

Strategy.
The 9dot Digital team explored options for Crestone’s visual identity through discovery calls and a deeper look at the company’s values. As a family-operated builder, Crestone prides itself on building elegant homes where families can put down roots and make memories. The new brand needed to reflect that sense of connection with a sophisticated and established presence.

Our senior art directors explored various logos and brand identities to reflect strength, dependability, and connectivity. At the same time, our marketing strategists developed a brand story and tagline to capture Crestone’s rich history, family values, and vision for the future.

Result.
The Crestone Homes identity brings strength, sophistication, and connection through a distinctive visual identity. The logo uses clean architectural shapes to suggest structure and interconnectivity, reflecting the relationships between Crestone, its home builds, and the families who live in them.
Paired with a refined identity and a tagline, “Building Heritage in Every Home”, the new brand positions Crestone as an established builder defined by craftsmanship, detail, and homes that are built to withstand time.
